Sponsor Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement
By submitting a sponsorship payment or signed agreement to JP LIVE LLC, the sponsoring party ('Sponsor') agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between JP LIVE LLC and the Sponsor with respect to the sponsorship.
2. Sponsorship Packages
Sponsorship packages are offered at various tiers (Title, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze) as described on the JP LIVE LLC Sponsorship page. The benefits associated with each tier are subject to availability and may be modified at the sole discretion of JP LIVE LLC with reasonable notice to the Sponsor.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon execution of the sponsorship agreement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. JP LIVE LLC reserves the right to withhold sponsorship benefits until payment is received in full. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
If JP LIVE LLC cancels an event for any reason, the Sponsor will receive a credit toward a future event of equal or greater value. Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of JP LIVE LLC. If the Sponsor cancels their sponsorship more than 30 days prior to the event, a 50% credit toward a future event may be issued. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
5. Logo & Brand Usage
The Sponsor grants JP LIVE LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Sponsor's name, logo, and trademarks solely for the purpose of fulfilling sponsorship benefits (event materials, promotions, digital content, etc.). JP LIVE LLC will not alter the Sponsor's logo or branding without prior written approval. The Sponsor must provide print-ready logo files in a timely manner as specified by JP LIVE LLC.
6. Sponsor Conduct
The Sponsor agrees that all materials, activations, and representatives associated with their sponsorship will conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the JP LIVE LLC brand. JP LIVE LLC reserves the right to remove or refuse any sponsorship materials or activations deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event's standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All event content, recordings, photographs, and materials produced by JP LIVE LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of JP LIVE LLC. Sponsors may not reproduce, distribute, or use event content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from JP LIVE LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
JP LIVE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the sponsorship agreement. JP LIVE LLC's total liability to the Sponsor shall not exceed the total sponsorship fees paid by the Sponsor for the applicable event.
9. Force Majeure
JP LIVE LLC shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill sponsorship obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or venue closures. In such cases, JP LIVE LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kane County, Illinois.
11. Photography & Video Release
JP LIVE LLC events are photographed and recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. By attending or participating in a JP LIVE LLC event as a sponsor, sponsor representative, or guest, you acknowledge and consent that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be taken at the event in which you may appear. JP LIVE LLC reserves the right to use such images and recordings in any medium, including but not limited to social media, websites, and future promotional content, without compensation or further notice.
